What to Bring With Your Pet

We recommend bringing your own food so that your pet's diet does not change while they are staying with us. However, we do serve Blue Buffalo Blissful Belly dry food and canned food at no additional charge. 

If you are bringing your own food, please bring it in individual bags per meal or a gallon Ziploc bag. We use standard measuring cups to measure food if it is not pre bagged per meal. Please do not bring large food containers or large bags of dog food. 

If your pet's diet requires refrigeration that is no problem! We can refrigerate canned food, Fresh Pet, and Farmer's Dog, but we are not able to serve raw diets. 

We have our own food and water bowls for the dogs so you do not need to bring your own. 

All medication must be brought in its original container with perscription label. We can administer most medications at no cost. If your pet's medication requires extensive time to prepare or administer, there is an additional fee of $5 per day. We do not accept diabetic dogs or any dogs requiring injections.

In order to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible, you can bring some toys along with them. We accept both plush toys and nylabones. We do not accept animal antlers. 

Each pet is given a Kuranda cot to sleep on inside their run. Along with the Kuranda cot, we have plenty of items that provide comfort for your pets such as blankets, fleece and bedding. You are welcome to bring blankets and bedding from your house to provide them comfort. Any bedding you bring must fit in a standard size washing machine!
